Abstract

The study targeted the effect of some growth regulators on okra plants, where the treatment with gibberellin acid GA3 (1000,500 ppm) led to a significant increase in the percentage of seed germination, plant height, number of leaves/plant percentage of aborted flowers, pod length and weight, average number of Seeds per pod, the average number of pods/plant and the amount of yield, while treatment with indole acetic acid (IAA 1000, 500 ppm) led to a significant increase only in the number of aborted flowers, the mean weight of pods and the amount of yield, as for the effect of ABA (1000 , 500 parts per million), it reduced the percentage of seed germination, the weight and length of the pod, the average number of seeds per pod and increased the number of leaves / plant and total flowers in a significant way and did not affect the average number of pods / plant while the three organizations did not have a significant effect Ali Qatr Qurna.
